Crush It With A Product Launch Even If Nobody Knows You

One of the secrets to getting great results using Jeff Walkers Product Launch Formula is to use Specificity and Relevance in every piece of launch content and especially when you are making your offer.

If you have level 10 authority like Tony Robbins, you can make very general offers (like Unleash the Power Within) with airy-fairy benefits and low specificity and still make a fortune.

But if you have level 1 authority, you must have very tight specificity and relevance or your audience is going to ignore you.

Many people believe Authority and fame are must-haves to make money.

The truth isAuthority is only REQUIRED to make money if you don’t have specificity.

Making sales seem so hard because people watch Tony Robbins make offers and see him rake in millions.

But when they make a general offer with no specificity from a position of no Authority they have to use 30 page sales letters, 60 minute VSLs, Webinars and sales calls to close the deal.

The Secret To A Successful Product Launch

We must be SPECIFIC and RELEVANT!

We must talk about a very TANGIBLE relief from a Present Pain, be able to point a finger at the results people will get, and including a time frame for when people can expect results really helps.

Some Examples To Drive This Home

1) Most people are pretty happy to jump into cars with people we don’t know AT ALL to give us rides. We are literally risking our LIVES trusting somebody we have never met.

Why?

Because we have a super specific need…and it’s a RIGHT NOW need.

2) We’ll go to brand-new restaurants or stop at a food truck we’ve never seen before and let people we’ve never met prepare our food, which goes into our mouths!

Why?

Because we have a super specific need, NOW!

Authority is a nice card to have in your hand.

But if you don’t have it…

Get as specific and relevant as you can.

And your product launch results will be off the charts.

Most of our competitors…

Most marketers…

DO NOT KNOW THIS!

That’s why they book themselves on podcasts every week, and pump out a dozen videos every month, push out content to 5 different platforms every day, and fill their calendar with busy work because they think they must have AUTHORITY.

But if we can create an offer that nails specificity and relevance to our audience, we can print money.
