How To Leverage Your Product Launch List To Double Your Profits

One of the biggest benefits you’ll get from running a Launch based on the Product Launch Formula process is the growth in email list as you go through the pre-launch and launch process.

This works out especially well if you use a JV Launch where you have other people send you their prospects in exchange for a referral fee when somebody they sent buys your product.

Now having built your list with a launch, one of the keys to leveraging this asset is to continue to put popular offers in front of your audience after your launch is complete. It’s usually best if you sell your own products and services because these tend to put the most gross profit in your pocket.

But not everybody on your list will buy your stuff (in fact probably only 10% of them will) but those people are always buying other products and services related to what you sell. So why not find out what else they are buying and let them buy it from you instead of somebody else?

And the great thing about promoting great products as an affiliate is that anything you earn is 100% profit. The merchant takes and processes the order, looks after customer support, manages any refunds, and does all of the backend stuff required to make the sale.

Then they send you a cheque or pay you via Paypal. Pretty cool gig.

The thing is you can’t just run over to ClickBank or some other affiliate network, grab any old product to promote, and expect an avalanche for sales and commissions. If you want to make your affiliate sales “P.O.P.,” then check out this simple formula:

• Pick the Right Product
• Offer a Bonus
• Presell the Offer

Let’s take closer look…

Pick the Right Product

A little research upfront will save you frustration down the road. That’s why you’ll want to follow these steps and tips when deciding what to promote…

Choose Something Popular

Affiliate sites like ClickBank let you specifically choose popular products that are selling well, so be sure to do your research and choose an in-demand offer.

Review the Product Yourself

Even if the product sells well and gets good reviews, read and use it yourself to be sure it’s something you’ll be proud to promote. The best products and services to promote are those you use and love personally. Things you can talk about honestly and be happy promoting.

Research the Vendor

If you’re unfamiliar with the seller, search their name and business name in Google to be sure they have a good reputation in the niche. Avoid anyone with red flags such as poor customer service, poor quality products, not paying affiliates, using black hat marketing and so on. It’s your reputation on the line here. Be careful to protect it and always work in your customer’s interests.

Check the Sales Page

Now you need to take a look at the sales page. First, check that it looks professional and is well-written. You might also ask the vendor what sort of conversion rate it’s getting.

Secondly, be sure there aren’t sales leaks or attempts at commission hijacking. These are any unnecessary links or promos that are likely to dampen conversions.

For example, if a popup window appears that offers a discount if someone clicks a link, check if that link still rewards you (the affiliate).

Another example: if there is a one-time offer or other upsell/cross-sell, be sure your affiliate link doesn’t get stripped if people take advantage of these offers.

Another example: check the sales page for payment options that don’t track and credit affiliates. Some people will do whatever the can to screw affiliates. We don’t want to work with these people.

If the product checks out, then move to the next step…

Offer a Valuable Bonus that Enhances the Product

If you look around your niche, you’ll notice that you certainly aren’t the only person who’s promoting this particular offer. In fact there may be dozens or even hundreds of others all promoting the same thing. And while the vast majority of these people aren’t really “true” competition (since most just throw a banner up on their site and call it day), you definitely will have SOME competition. If you want to generate sales, then you need to stand out from these other serious affiliates.

How? By offering a bonus to anyone who purchases the product through your affiliate link.

TIP: You should also work to stand out in a broader sense, by becoming a trusted “gatekeeper” who only promotes solid offers and who only sends the best content to your list.

The keys to a good bonus are as follows:

• It’s in-demand. As always, do your market research to see what your audience wants.

• It’s valuable. This should be something that your market would eagerly pay for (in some cases, it may even be something that you currently sell that you’re offering for free)

• It’s easy to deliver. Ideally, it should be a digital product that you can deliver to your customers automatically.

• It’s highly related to the main offer. This is the most important key to offering a bonus – it should be something that actually enhances the users’ experience of the product and makes the entire offer more valuable.

For example, if the main offer is an organic gardening guide, you might offer a pest-identification and eradication video. Or if the main offer is a dieting membership site, you might offer a free set of low-calorie cookbooks that fit in with the dieting guidelines being taught inside the site.

Your bonus could take a variety of forms, including membership site access, private group access, ebooks/reports, videos, audios, tools (such as worksheets, checklists, templates and similar), software/apps, and similar.

Note: High-value bonuses like personal coaching are likely to create plenty of conversions, but they may also create a time crunch for you. If you do decide to offer a service, then make sure you only promote it with high-ticket offers, and you may also limit the number available so that you don’t fall behind.

Now the final step of the “P.O.P.” formula…

Presell the Offer

It took me YEARS to truly understand how to pre-sell effectively, but when done correctly it is an extremely powerful strategy. Even if the product has a pretty good sales page that makes an irresistible offer, you still need to warm up your audience before they land on the sales page. You do this by telling your audience about the emotionally-charged benefits they will get when they order, as well as the additional benefits they will receive when they buy with your bonus included.

Here’s the key: don’t just send out one email and expect a bunch of sales. Instead, create a series of three to five emails promoting the affiliate offer.

For example, you might send out a series that looks like this:

Email 1: Introduces the offer, shares the benefits, and promotes your bonus. (Note: oftentimes product vendors will create “copy and paste” emails for you to use. You can go ahead and use these, but make sure you tweak them to personalise them to your voice and for your audience.)

Email 2: Share proof that the product works. Ideally you’ll share your own case study of how well the product works, the results you had, and how your life is better now than it was before.

Email 3: “Last call” email. If there is any sort of special offer going on (such as a Product Launch special), then send an email reminding people the special ends soon. Otherwise, you can use this email to announce your bonus might be going away (at least temporarily), or to cover benefits not mentioned elsewhere or answer frequently asked questions about the product.

TIP: For best results, analyze the product to determine what objections may have to purchasing the product, and then raise and answer those objections within this email. Whenever possible, offer a bonus that helps minimise or even better remove the objections people have for buying.

For example, let’s suppose you’re promoting a dieting guide. And let’s further suppose that one common objection is that busy parents say they don’t have time to cook healthy meals. You can offer a bonus of a cookbook with quick, easy and delicious meals. Not only does this cookbook make a great bonus on it’s own, it effectively handles the “too busy” objection.

Conclusion

Selling affiliate offers is a great way to make money with your newsletter or as stand-alone email campaigns a few times each month. Just be sure to use the sales POP system to pick high quality products, offer an awesome bonus, and presell the offers so people truly understand the benefits and RESULTS they can expect to get when they become a customer.

Of course having a growing email list of people who want to hear from you is a pre-requisite for promoting affiliates products in any sort of volume, and one of the best ways to build that email list is by doing a product Launch.

There are no words to express just how powerful it is to be working on your launch along with a thousand other PLF Owners… and I’ll personally walk you through designing your launch in these three days. Until 2020, this has always been a live in-person event… but right now, given the state of the coronavirus, we’re not sure whether this will be an in-person event or if it will be virtual. Our plan is to have it in April in a major city in the U.S. But if you’re not comfortable traveling, you can attend the event virtually. Tickets are $1,000… but with this bonus coupon, you get in for $900 off.
  • BONUS: “Your Tech Stack Quick Start” – this is my team training you on how to design and build a streamlined tech stack to support you at each stage of your launch. It’s all about matching the tools to where you’re at with your business, so you have everything you need and nothing you don’t. • BONUS: “Winning Book Launches” – if you’re an author, this one is all about how to launch your book.
  • BONUS: the “Sparta Launch” training on how to put together a low-effort, high-return, email-based Sparta Launch. This launch is all about selling very high-priced, small-group workshops or retreats. The best part is that Sparta launches are generally done purely via email.
  • BONUS: The “Live Launch” training – when I launched PLF 2019, I did something I’d never tried before… a launch where all my PLCs were delivered LIVE. Let’s just say the results were amazing, which is why we’ve been doing it the same way since. In this special bonus, I broke down how we prepared to go live, and the results we generated from this new launch model.

  • BONUS: the Launch Partnership mini-module, which teaches you the lucrative business of helping other people with their launches… either as a consultant, a launch manager, or even as a full business partner.
  • BONUS: “Winning Your Launch Through Gamification” – how to maximize your results by turning your launch and your product delivery into a game. This is one of the hottest trends in our PLF community, and the results have been shocking. People love it when you add some competition and fun into your process, and this bonus shows you how to tap into that and get massive results with minimal effort.
  • BONUS: Your “Low-Tech Launch” Guide – This brand new bonus takes you through the “behind the scenes” of my “Pivot” launch back in April. We did it in a super “Tech Lean” fashion – both because we had to and to prove it could be done. If it looked fancy on the outside… we’ll show how you can do it in a super simple, almost “no tech” way. If you’re worried about the technology – this new style of launch is your friend… and we’ll show you how to do it in the bonus.
  • BONUS: 12 Live Sessions with Jeff – To give you extra support in these crazy times… I’ll personally be doing 12 live coaching sessions in the PLF Owner Alumni Facebook group. During these live sessions, I’ll be answering questions and keeping your “internal game” on track.
  • BONUS: first 200 ONLY: Lead Magnet Crowdsource call – I’ve noticed that what holds many people back in their list building is creating a good lead magnet (or opt-in offer). Another thing I’ve noticed is that it’s always easier to brainstorm ideas for OTHER PEOPLE’S business. So on this LIVE bonus call we’re going to crowdsource ideas for each other’s lead magnets. This will be one of the most fun and productive sessions you have all year… and you’ll leave with at least a dozen new ideas for super effective lead magnets for your own business.

So once you become an existing Product Launch Formula owner, you can upgrade to each year’s latest version for a small maintenance fee which this year is $197

I am so looking forward to going through this years newest version of PLF. And I’d love to see you inside the training and also in the Facebook Alumni group.

How to Use Email Personalisation to Boost Your Product Launch’s Response

If as we discussed in this post you are segmenting your prospects into different ‘buckets’ based on their needs, goals and desires when they opt-in to your product launch email list, you have a wonderful opportunity to send highly personalised email messages to those people that allow you to ‘enter the conversation going on inside their head’ as we discussed here.

And being able to enter that conversation allows you to significantly increase your conversions because you can more closely target what you say to what your prospects’ really want.

The most basic way to customise your messages is to use your subscribers’ name at least once in each message.

That’s because one of the sweetest sounds in the English language is a person’s own name. That’s why personalising an email to your audience using someone’s name can help boost your conversion rates.

But there’s a catch: you need to walk a fine line, because over-using someone’s name can also feel like an invasion of privacy. A person’s name is very personal to them, so if someone uses it a lot, the red flags go up.

Perhaps you’ve experienced this yourself at some point in the past.

When you first meet someone and use your name, that’s acceptable. If they use your name again a little later, you start to feel like you’re building a good rapport. But if they keep using your name, you get those sleezy salesman vibes and it makes you want to get away from the person.

The same goes for your emails that you send to your subscribers. If you use someone’s name once or twice, you build rapport. If you overuse it, the strategy backfires and people feel uncomfortable.

So, with that in mind, let’s talk about the right way (the conversion-boosting way) to personalise emails…

Check Your Email Records

The first thing you should do is check that your subscribers are giving you real first names when they join your list.

Obviously, if someone’s real name is “Jane” and they use the name “Mandy” when they fill out your opt-in form, you’ll have no way of checking if they’re giving you a real name.

Instead, what you’re looking for are really obvious cases of someone giving you a false name. For example, they might use a name like “Mickey Mouse” or “Anonymous” or “Testing” or something along those lines. If it’s obviously fake, then you’ll want to do the following:

• Monitor the contact to see if they’re active. Sometimes a person gives a fake name, but they’re very much interested in your content. That’s perfectly fine (see below for the next step).

If they’re not active – and a re-engagement campaign doesn’t help – the you may remove the entire contact. The person may have signed up just to get a freebie, or if you have a single opt-in system someone else may have signed their friend up for your list.

• Remove the false information. If the person is engaged and seems to be a genuine contact, then remove the fake first name so that it doesn’t show up when you personalize emails.

Note: When you personalise emails, be sure that the content will look okay even if a name isn’t included.

For example: “Hi, [Name].” This looks fine even if the name isn’t included.

Another example: “[Name], what do you think?” This would look odd without the name, because of the comma and not having a capitalized first word.

Which brings us to the next point…

Personalise Once or Twice

As mentioned above, you don’t want to overuse the subscriber’s name. That’s why using it once or twice in an email is generally a good rule of thumb.

Here are three different ways to use it:

• Put it in the subject line. This is a good way to capture someone’s attention when they’re skimming their inbox. E.G., “Do you know this secret [Name]?” (Note: proper grammar says there should be a comma there, but I left it out for times when we don’t have a first name available.)

• Include it in the salutation. E.G., “Hi, [Name]”

• Embed it elsewhere in the content. E.G., “What do you think [Name]?”

Generally speaking, you should use it once in either the subject line or in the salutation. Then use it once more towards the middle or end of your content. When you embed it in content, put the name next to the most important thing you want the subscriber to read. That’s because someone who’s skimming your email will likely see their name in the middle of it, so they’ll stop and read the content surrounding it.

And finally…

Use the Word “You”

While you need to use the subscriber’s name sparingly (which makes it more effective), one word you can use generously to great effect is the word “you.” Whenever you use this word often, it means your content is focused on the reader – and that’s exactly what you want to do to keep readers interested and engaged.

Do this: check how many times you use words like “I” or “me,” and see if you can rewrite those sentences to be centered more on the reader by using the word “you.” Your goal is to say “you”, “your” and “yours” 5 times as much as you say “me” or “I”.

E.G., “I’ll teach my best dieting tips” becomes “you’ll discover the best dieting tips.”

PRO TIP: You can use deep personalisation of your email messages by using a tool such as bucket.io which creates quiz funnels by asking a series of questions and then inserting the options selected by subscribers into your followup messages.

For example, let’s say somebody answers your quiz by saying she is a 50 year old woman who enjoys surfing.

If you were renting holiday apartments near the beach, you could use that information in your messages to say something like:

“Women in their 50’s who enjoy surfing tell us they love the Halcyon apartments because the short walk to the beach saves them from having to drive miles to the beach and find a car park before they can hit the waves.”

This is a very cool feature and once it’s programmed it can run seamlessly in the background sifting and sorting your subscribers, and sending extremely personalised messages to them which are very likely to increase your conversions.

Conclusion

As you just seen, a simple way to boost your conversions both during your product launch and for long afterwards is to use your subscriber’s name once or twice within each email you send. When you’re not using their name, then be sure you’re using the word “you” often to keep the focus on your reader, their problems, and how you can help them solve those problems.

Or you can go all hog-wild and using a system like bucket.io to do deep personalisation of your messages to highly target your messages. Just be careful because the more complex your integrations, the more opportunity there is for formatting mistakes to be made.

Make sure you test your messages by reading them on a variety of browsers and platforms so you know your readers experience is going to be consistent and positive.

How To Use Your JV Launch As A Springboard To Huge Passive Income

One of the greatest and most valuable benefits of running a JV Launch is the email list of targeted prospects you get to keep after all of your affiliates and JV partners have sent you their prospects and customers.

That’s because even if you don’t have any other products to offer right away, you can find other products and services those people will be interested in buying and promote them as a JV partner or affiliate.

In fact, there are many business owners who make more from promoting other people’s products and services to their audience than they do selling their own stuff. And if you promote subscription based products or services that pay you recurring revenue, this truly is a way to generate a huge amount of passive income that can continue to grow over time.

How Do You Find The Best Products?

When it comes to creating products that sell well, the big key is to find something that your audience REALLY wants. They might also NEED it, but it’s best if they passionately WANT it even more.

Sometimes people want to create a product on a topic that no one else has created before. In many cases, the reason it hasn’t been created yet is because nobody wants it. If you create something no one wants, then you’re going to be disappointed by dismal sales.

Here’s what to do instead: find out what people are already buying, promote it as an affiliate or JV partner initially, and if it sells really well to your audience, you could create something similar (yet BETTER and/or use better marketing to promote it). And that’s exactly what you’re going to learn how to do in this lesson. Take a look…

Find Out What People Want

The very best predictor of what people will buy in the future is to look at what they’re already buying today. That’s why your first step is to find out what people are already buying in your market.

NOTE: We’re talking about evergreen products and services here, not fads. Fads are too unpredictable to determine if they’ll still be selling well next week, next month or next year.

To do this, you’re going to look for three things:

• Bestsellers
• Products with competitors
• Paid ads for specific types of products

Let’s take a closer look:

Bestselling products. If a product sells well in your market (especially over time), that’s a good indication of demand. To that end, you’ll want to check infoproduct marketplaces such as ClickBank.com, Amazon.com and Udemy.com to see what’s selling well in your niche.

Products with multiple competitors. If multiple marketers are creating similar products and services, that’s another good indication that there’s demand for that type of offer. Again, you can search infoproduct marketplaces to find out which types of products have a lot of competitors. You can also run a search for your niche keywords in Google, and check out what your top competitors are selling.

Marketers consistently placing paid ads for a product. Smart marketers don’t keep dumping money into paid advertising if the product isn’t selling well. That’s why tracking ads over time will give you an idea of what’s selling well. One way to do this is to regularly run a search for your niche keywords in Google, and then take note of the paid advertisements. Look for different marketers selling similar offers, as well as marketers investing in advertising a product over time.

As mentioned earlier, you can also quickly test a product for yourself to see if it might sell well before you invest too much time and money creating it. Here are two “quick and dirty” tests:

• Promote the product or service as an affiliate. If your audience seems to really like a particular offer, that may confirm to you that you should create something similar.

• Create a tripwire offer. Let’s suppose you have a big product or you have something in mind, like a multi-module course. You might create an “overview” of this course, or even just create one module, and offer it as a low-cost tripwire. If your audience likes the “lite” product, then you can take that as a greenlight to create the full product.

Take note that you can also create a “lite” product in the form of a lead magnet that you offer to determine demand (while at the same time building your list). Keep in mind, however, that what people request for free may not precisely determine if they’ll purchase the “full” product.

Once you have an idea of what people in your niche want, then move onto the second step of this process…

Create Something Better

Now that you know what your audience wants, about the last thing you want to do is create something that’s just like every other product on the market. Instead, what you need to do is create something BETTER.

The first step in creating a better product is to review the bestsellers in your market to determine their good points and bad points. This means personally reading/viewing the product yourself. You’ll also want to read customer reviews to see what they like and don’t like about a product.

Your goal is to create something that has the big benefits that everyone likes, yet it improves on the weak points of other products.

For example, let’s suppose you’re creating a copywriting course. Perhaps the bestselling products in your niche include a lot of real-life sales letters, case studies and examples. If people really like that, then you’ll want to make sure you include your own (unique) letters, case studies and examples.

Now let’s suppose that one thing that is missing from the competitors’ products are worksheets to help people decide what benefits to showcase, as well as audience profiling worksheets and other tools. You can improve on existing products by including these tools in your course.

The second step in creating a better product is determining how to make it unique. You can do this by:

• Creating unique case studies/experiments
• Telling personal stories
• Offering unique tips
• Providing unique examples
• Offering unique tools such as worksheets, checklists, templates and similar
• Sharing old information in a new way, such as by creating a formula around a step-by-step process
• Positioning the product in a new way. E.G., how is your product different and better than the competing products? For example, do you provide “take action” tools to help people get results quickly and easily?

The point is, you don’t need to create something so fresh and new that no one on the planet has ever seen it before. Instead, you just need to take your information, even if others are teaching the same thing, and present it in a fresh way.

For example, I’ve seen people create unique formulas around processes in the form of acronyms, where each letter of the acronym corresponds to a step of the process. E.G., they might create a five-step S.A.L.E.S. formula for optimising conversions. While others may teach how to optimise conversions, no one else does it using this unique formula—which makes these products stand out from the crowd.

Conclusion

The bottom line here is that you shouldn’t guess what your audience wants. Do your research, find out what they line up around the virtual block to buy, and then create something similar yet better. And if you want to use the email list you built during your product launch to generate residual income, find and then create your own subscription based products and services and promote them to your audience multiple times a year.

And if you’d like to learn more about creating and launching your new product successfully, including seeing how Jeff Walker builds his list using a JV launch and examples of email sequences and case studies of people who have used PLF with outstanding success, by checking out Jeff Walker’s free Product Launch Masterclass here.

How to Get Your Affiliates To Enthusiastically Promote Your Product Launch

One really good way to drive traffic to your product launch is by starting an affiliate program and having affiliates and joint venture partners send their prospect to you in exchange for a referral fee. This is what Jeff Walker calls a JV Launch when he covers it in the Product Launch Formula training.

However, many people attempt a JV launch before they are ready which can lead to both the product owner and their partners being disappointed by the results. Before you run your JV launch, you really need to have your ducks in a row which means having everything in place and everything dialled in.

Some of the elements you must have in place are:

  • Your pre-launch content tested and proven to engage your prospects
  • Your pre-pre launch, pre-launch, launch and post launch email sequences dialled in and tested for maximum effectiveness
  • Your sales process complete and tested for maximum conversions
  • Your payment system hardened with your payment processor notified you will be receiving an influx of sales
  • Your customer service team trained and ready to help customers with a large number of enquiries

The best way to achieve all of these things is to hold an internal launch where you take your own prospects and customers through your product launch to test everything out. Once you have everything in place, it’s time to approach affiliates and joint venture partners and ask them to join you in your JV launch.

One of the big problems with an affiliate or JV program is that affiliates can promote an offer once or twice and then move onto another product or service. It’s great that you get that surge of sales initially but then everything goes quiet.

It doesn’t have to be that way. Here are some ideas for motivating affiliates and keeping them consistently promoting your offers long after your initial launch is over…

Train Your JV Partners and Affiliates So They Can Be Successful

Not every affiliate who joins your program has the skills necessary to generate sales. That’s why you’ll want to add training to your affiliate center that’s aimed at beginners and specific to your products and services. For example, you can train affiliates to set up lead pages, drive traffic to those pages, and then close the sale for you.

This training can take multiple forms, including:

• A course
• A guide (ebook or report)
• A fixed-term membership site
• A training video (or a video series)

The key to good training is to be as specific as possible about what your affiliates should do and how to do it. For example, don’t just tell them to “start promoting an offer.” Instead, make a suggestion to them about which offer, specifically, to start promoting. Typically, this should be one of your highest-converting offers, because once affiliates make sales, they’ll be eager to keep promoting.

NOTE: If you can provide them with the tools needed to start promoting your offers, that’s even better.

Which brings us to the next point…

Stock Your Affiliate Centre With Sharable and Rebrandable Content

Whether your affiliate program is full of seasoned marketers or beginners, they’ll all benefit from using the sales materials you provide in your affiliate center. Here are the types of materials to create and distribute:

• A rebrandable report that affiliates can give away for free to their audience
• Blog posts they can add to their sites
• Standalone emails
• Email sequences
• Videos
• Social media blurbs
• Short ads for pay per click platforms and similar
• Graphics such as banners and other graphical ads

You might also want to make yourself available for interviews with your top affiliates or those who show the most promise. You can share some of your secrets with them and their audience and then promote the offer using your affiliate’s link.

That way, you both make money whenever someone purchases something through the interview (which may be a text interview, audio interview, video interview, or even a live interview via a webinar). And the affiliate can post the interview on their website or blog which can generate ongoing sales as more people are exposed to your offer.

Motivate And Incentivise Your JV Partners and Affiliates

Another good way to motivate affiliates is to send regular emails to them. These emails can include announcements about new products, sales and other promotions. The idea is to constantly give your affiliates something new to promote (a new product, a new sale, a new rebrandable report to distribute, etc.).

You can also use these emails to showcase successful affiliates in the form of a case study or even a motivational story. E.G., “John James had never made a penny promoting affiliate offers before. But today he’s making $3500 a month selling [Products/Brand Name]. Read on to find out how John does it, and how you can too!”

Give Your Partners Coupons To Give Away

Affiliates and JV partners love promoting your offers using coupon codes because a good coupon tends to boost the conversion rate. For best results, be sure to offer coupon codes with a fast approaching expiration date. This might be a short-lived 12-hour flash sale, a three-day sale, or perhaps a one-week sale.

TIP: Be sure to give your affiliates an early heads up that you’ll be offering coupon codes so that they can plan their promotions well in advance.

Here’s another way to motivate affiliates…

Hold Affiliate Contests During Your Launch And Afterwards

A good way to motivate affiliates to all promote during your product launch is by holding an affiliate contest. For example, you might offer a contest where the top five to 10 affiliates who make the most sales are rewarded with generous cash prizes. Jeff Walker has awesome prizes for the top 20 JV partners each time he launches his Product Launch Formula program.

The contest really makes people work hard to got onto and stay on the Leaderboard because they get bragging rights in addition to some great prizes and incentives.

TIP: Generally, affiliates who know they have no chance of winning the contest are unlikely to promote heavily during a contest. You can further boost sales by offering random-draw prizes that are available to anyone who makes at least one or two sales.

Want an even bigger surge of sales? Then offer an affiliate contest alongside a coupon promotion. This not only encourages your affiliates to promote like crazy, you’ll also see more sales simply because consumers are taking advantage of the discounts.

Conclusion

The bottom line here is that you want to keep things fresh during and after your launch by sending updated content and specials (such as coupons) to your affiliates. Keep them motivated and promoting for you on a regular basis, and everyone will walk away happy with a pocketful of cash.

Here’s A Quick Summary Of What’s Included With Product Launch Formula 2021

If you were wondering exactly what is included with Jeff Walker’s new Product Launch Formula program for 2021, here’s a full summary of what members receive when they join.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • The full PLF training program and portal that takes you through all the strategies and tactics that have driven over a BILLION dollars in launches by our students.
  • Nine modules that walk you through creating your first launch… and then growing your launches from there.
  • Complete launch videos and scripts from launches in various markets, with full breakdowns by me. In other words, we took some of the launches by our students and (with their permission) I went through them to analyze what they did well and what they could have improved. If you love to learn by example, this is pure gold.
  • Your Launch Path – this will give you a “bird’s eye view” of the launch process. You’ll be able to see where you are on the Path, figure out what’s coming up next, and click to jump straight to the lessons and bonus trainings you need so you can get laser focused and implement fast.
  • Timelines and checklists to help keep you on track throughout your launch.
  • $7 Million Launch Swipe File – this is copy from $7 million in launches that I’ve done, plus additional copy from some of our PLF Owners’ launches. You can use this “swipe copy” as a starting point, so you’re not facing a blank page when you sit down to plan your launch.
  • Additional training on how to go beyond just launches, and build your entire business with your launches (which I call the Business Launch Formula).
  • Our PLF Portal Community… where you can ask questions and get answers and support from my team and fellow community members.
  • Transcripts of all the training videos (perfect if you’re like me and you like to read more than watch videos).
  • Audio-only files of all the training videos (if you would rather listen to the trainings instead of watching the videos – great while you’re driving or taking a walk).
  • Closed captioning for the main training videos – giving you the flexibility to watch without sound.
  • 8 Weeks of Weekly Live Coaching Calls with my in-house team of coaches. The really powerful thing about these calls is you not only get a chance to ask your question, but you also get to hear the questions and answers from your fellow PLF students.
  • An additional 10 months of support from my coaches via monthly live Coaching Calls. (In other words, you get a full year of Coaching Support – with weekly Coaching Calls for the first two months, and then monthly calls for the next ten months.)
  • You also get the recordings of all the coaching calls so you can listen to them again (or catch up in case you have to miss a call).
  • The PLF Owners Facebook Alumni group – there’s pure gold in this group, and it’s where you can really tap into the community and interact with all our other PLF Owners (and I mean past and present… so you’re rubbing shoulders with the giants of the PLF world – people who have done six and seven-figure launches).
  • And the support keeps on going – as a PLF Owner, you’ll be eligible to get the latest version of PLF each year for a very low maintenance fee of just $197.

You can check out Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula here. And these are just the core parts of the program. Jeff has also included several bonuses that help to complete the training.

The bonuses include:

  • Jeff Walker’s complete “Launching Your List” video training course – this course shows you how to grow an email list of people hungry for what you offer.
  • The full-blown “Product Creation Code” video training course that shows you how to create an online training program that people will pay you for.
  • A coupon for $900 off “PLF Live 2021”. This is a three-day, live workshop led personally by Jeff. There are no words to express just how powerful it is to be working on your launch along with a thousand other PLF Owners… and Jeff will personally walk you through designing your launch in these three days. Until 2020, this has always been a live in-person event… but right now, given the state of the coronavirus, we’re not sure whether this will be an in-person event or if it will be virtual. The plan is to have it in April in a major city in the U.S. But if you’re not comfortable traveling, you can attend the event virtually. Tickets are $1,000… but with this bonus coupon, you get in for $900 off.
  • “Your Tech Stack Quick Start” – this is Jeff’s team training you on how to design and build a streamlined tech stack to support you at each stage of your launch. It’s all about matching the tools to where you’re at with your business, so you have everything you need and nothing you don’t. If you’re just starting out and you’re intimidated by the “technology question”… Jeff’s got you taken care of.
  • “Winning Book Launches” – if you’re an author, this one is all about how to launch your book.
  • The “Sparta Launch” training on how to put together a low-effort, high-return, email-based Sparta Launch. This launch is all about selling very high-priced, small-group workshops or retreats. The best part is that Sparta launches are generally done purely via email. This is the type of launch I used recently to generate just under A$20,000 in two launches that used a single Facebook post and just 3 emails. It’s very cool…
  • The “Live Launch” training – when Jeff launched PLF 2019, he did something he’d never tried before… a launch where all of the PLCs were delivered LIVE. Let’s just say the results were amazing, which is why he’s been doing it the same way since. In this special bonus, Jeff broke down how he prepared to go live, and the results they generated from this new launch model.
  • The Operation Quick Start mini-module, which is perfect if you’re just starting out – this training will show you what to do first to quickly get your business up and running fast.
  • The Secrets of Leverage and Scale mini-module, which is all about moving from a 1-on-1 or un-leveraged business… to creating true leverage and scale in your business (so you can make more money and impact without working more hours).
  • The Launch Partnership mini-module, which teaches you the lucrative business of helping other people with their launches… either as a consultant, a launch manager, or even as a full business partner.
  • “Winning Your Launch Through Gamification” – how to maximize your results by turning your launch and your product delivery into a game. This is one of the hottest trends in the PLF community, and the results have been shocking. People love it when you add some competition and fun into your process, and this bonus shows you how to tap into that and get massive results with minimal effort.
  • Your “Low-Tech Launch” Guide – This brand new bonus takes you through the “behind the scenes” of Jeff’s “Pivot” launch back in April. We did it in a super “Tech Lean” fashion – both because he had to and to prove it could be done. If it looked fancy on the outside… we’ll show how you can do it in a super simple, almost “no tech” way. If you’re worried about the technology – this new style of launch is your friend… and Jeff will show you how to do it in this bonus.
  • 12 Live Sessions with Jeff – To give you extra support in these crazy times… Jeff will personally be doing 12 live coaching sessions in the PLF Owner Alumni Facebook group. During these live sessions, I’ll be answering questions and keeping your “internal game” on track.

The great thing about joining the Product Launch Formula World in 2020 is the training has evolved and matured so there are literally no holes in what you have access to. It doesn’t matter where you are stating from. The core training and the bonuses offer you everything you’ll need to get from where you are to where you want to be.

You can check out the full story of where PLF came from and where it can take you here in Jeff Walker’s launch video.

I’ve upgraded to PLF 2021 and I’d love to see you inside the members Alumni group.

Warm regards,

Rocky

P.S. As a PLF owner and user since 2008 and one of Jeff’s affiliate partners, I may receive a commission from Jeff if you invest in his program at the end of the Masterclass – but it won’t cost you anything extra.

5 Ways To Use Bonuses To Increase Your Product Launch Profits

While using the Product Launch Formula process to launch (or re-launch) your product or service can give you an unfair advantage, it’s not always understood how much adding strategically designed bonuses to your core offer can increase the desirability of your offer.

Not only can great bonuses increase your sales, they can also reduce refunds and retain customers. Of course you can’t just throw any old thing into the mix and expect magical results. But if you create bonuses that people in your market will see as desirable, you can supercharge your product launch results

Here are 5 ways you can use bonuses to grow your sales and profits…

1. Increase Conversions on Your Launch Offer

The most basic way to use bonuses is to offer them for free as part of your product launch offer. This helps boost conversions by giving your customers even more incentive to buy from you. This works particularly well when you offer a bonus that helps your customers optimise or enhance the usefulness of your main offer.

For example, if the core offer is a copywriting course, then you might offer a set of sales page templates as a bonus.

2. To Gain And Retain Members

If you are launching a membership site or some kind of program involving continuity (a SAAS for example) another great way to use bonuses is to retain members and keep them coming back again and again. Here are the keys to this method:

    1. Space out multiple bonuses over a period of time. For example, if you have a fixed-term membership that lasts for 12 months, you might give members the first bonus immediately, followed by a new bonus every two or three months. You can also give your best bonus as a “graduation bonus” for those who stay with you through the entire training.
    2. Be sure your bonuses are highly attractive. This strategy only works if your bonuses are valuable and something that your members really want. That means you have to do some market research so you have a better understanding of what your audience wants. So for example, if your market is already purchasing a certain type of product, then giving them a product similar to what people are buying, or even a better version, would be a great bonus.

3. To Increase ‘Stick’ And Reduce Refunds

There are two ways to increase the ‘stick rate’ of your offer and reduce refunds with bonuses:

  1. Offer a surprise bonus. Give buyers an unannounced bonus on the download page or in a followup email. This can help you to exceed your customers’ expectations, which leads to higher customer satisfaction and lower refund rages.
  2. Offer a delayed bonus. The idea here is to announce the bonus, but let customers know the bonus will be sent to them after a certain time period (which should be after the refund period has expired).

Here’s another way to use bonuses to grow your business…

4. Motivate Your Affiliates To Promote Your Product Launch

Want to see a quick boost to your sales? Then offer your affiliates an awesome bonus for good performance. In most cases, using cash as a bonus will get you the best results. Most of the big launches have huge cash prizes for the top couple of affiliates, and nice prizes for the rest of the top 10.

Here are three popular ways to use this method:

  1. Create an affiliate contest and offer a cash bonus to the top five or ten affiliates. You might also create a random drawing where everyone who makes at least two sales during the contest period is eligible to win.
  2. Create an lead generation contest and offer a smaller cash bonus to the top five people. Your goal with this strategy is to encourage your affiliates to work overtime helping you grow your email list. As you know, a product launch is one of the best ways to quickly grow your list. Incentivising your affiliates to help you with this can have a massive ROI when you consider the future sales you’ll make to the prospects referred to you.
  3. Offer a bonus every month for any affiliate who crosses a specific sales threshold. For example, if an affiliate makes at least 25 sales, they’ll either get a flat cash bonus or an increase in their commission rate.

And finally…

5. Add Value to Your Future Affiliate Offers

One of the biggest assets you’ll end up with from using the Product Launch Formula process to do a JV Launch is the email list you build from all the traffic your affiliate partners send you.

And once you’ve finished your launch, you can then return the favor by promoting suitable products and services as one of their launch affiliates. Of course when you participate in launches, you have competition from dozens if not hundreds of other people who’re all promoting the same offer.

The way you can set yourself apart is by offering an in-demand, valuable bonus to anyone who purchases the affiliate product you are promoting through your link. Not only does this boost conversions on the frontend, it also gives you a chance to make sales on the backend via offers you embed inside the bonus.

In other words, embed links to your other products and services (or affiliate offers) inside the product you are giving away as a bonus, and when people purchase something from a link in your bonus, you get paid.

So there you have it. 5 simple ways you can use bonuses to grow your sales during your product launch.  Your homework for this lesson is to write down all the ways in which bonuses could benefit YOUR business.

For example, if you have a sales page, then you’ll want to add bonuses to boost conversions.

If you have an affiliate program, then you should work out what sort of bonuses you could use to motivate affiliates.

The key is to make sure your bonus is valuable, highly related to the main offer, and something that your prospects really want. If your bonuses meet these qualifications, then you are very likely to see increased sales and profits.

4 More Ways To Create Profitable Products To Launch To Your Audience

In this previous post, we talked about 4 easy ways to have other people help you create products you can launch using Product Launch Formula. In this post we’ll look at several more options for creating high value products quickly with very little work

Last time we discussed having somebody interview you and record it, but an additional way to create a product quickly is for you to interview another expert in your field.

Just as with the previous example, you can either interview this person privately, or you can do it via a live teleconference with other people listening in.

Either way, you’ll have the recordings and transcript to sell using a product launch, or to give away in whole or in part.

Tip: You can create a joint venture where you “swap” interviews with your partner. That means you interview your partner, and in exchange he or she interviews you.

After a couple of hours on the phone, you will have created two separate products that you can both sell to your audiences.

The key to creating a great end product is to ensure you’ve done the right preparation upfront.

You’ll want to give your JV partner an outline that lets them know the general flow of the call, as well as examples of the types of questions you might ask.

However, you should not script the call. Don’t give your partner the exact outline with the exact questions you intend to ask.

And be sure your partner knows that any outline you provide is merely a rough outline, otherwise both of you will sound unnatural and robotic as the interview progresses, which will significantly devalue your finished products.

The point is that you’ll want to prepare your partner so that they know what to expect. If they know what to expect, they’ll be more comfortable during the call. This preparation is especially important if you’re working with someone who doesn’t usually do interviews.

Here are two more tips for creating a great interview:

1 – Talk to your partner beforehand. If you don’t know each other that well (or at all), it’s a good idea to chat on the phone for a while the day before. You’ll feel more comfortable with each other, which will make your phone interview go a lot more smoothly.

2 – Send out reminders to your partner. It’s up to you to make sure your partner has all the information they need about the call, such as the exact time, date and the phone number they needs to dial if it’s a conference call.

You’ll want to provide this information immediately, then send a reminder a few days before the call, and a final reminder within 24 hours of the call. Your intervene is likely to be busy, so you need to make sure they give your interview the priority it needs.

Idea 6. Invite A Panel of Experts To Join A Teleseminar

We’ve just talked about creating a teleseminar by interviewing one person, but you can take this idea even further by putting together a panel of experts and create a 60 to 90 minute teleseminar.

Once again, you not only have the live call to sell as a product (with inbuilt scarcity since it has a fixed deadline), you’ll also get to sell the recordings when the call is over.

This is one case where “the more, the merrier” does not apply.

If you invite too many experts, then some people on your panel won’t get a chance to talk. Or even worse, the call could end up becoming a chaotic shambles because everyone will try to talk over one another. That’s why it’s a good idea to limit your panel to roughly three experts.

The key to coming up with a great panel is to create some diversity. That means you’ll want to pull together a group of experts who’re likely to disagree with each other on some points.

We’re not talking about them getting into heated arguments here, but rather enough disagreement to create a lively debate.

Example: Let’s suppose you’re creating a panel of experts to talk about losing Weight. You might invite these experts:

  • Somebody from a group such as Weight Watchers. This person would likely focus on the benefits of consistent portion control as the secret to losing weight.
  • A low-carb expert who would focus on offering dieting tips that revolve around eating low-carb foods.
  • A bodybuilder who would talk about the importance of eating a “clean,” balanced diet, plus doing regular cardio and weight lifting to build lean muscle.

The slightly different viewpoints would no doubt generate some good discussion around the topic, without the participants coming to blows.

So what happens if you have more than three experts that you’d like to get on the phone with you?

Simple – you just use this next product-creation idea…

Idea 7. Create a Call Series

Your product doesn’t need to consist of just one call. Instead, you can create a product with a higher perceived value by creating a series of calls.

This series can consist of:

  • Individual experts who you interview
  • Having other experts interview you
  • Interviews with a panel of experts
  • Or a mix of interviews with individuals and panels

In order to sell a series of calls as one product, the calls need to be tightly related.

Example: Let’s say you invite six traffic-generation experts for six individual interviews. You might have:

  • Someone who’s an expert with social media
  • A SEO (search engine optimization) expert
  • An expert blogging expert
  • A JV manager or affiliate marketing expert
  • A content marketing expert
  • An expert in getting free publicity

You can do hold call a week for a 6-week call series called “Six Secrets To Profitable Marketing” or “6 Weeks To A More Profitable Business” or “6 Ways to Quickly Grow Your Sales And Profits”.

So as you can see, there are a variety of ways for you to create text, audio and video products and even hold profitable live events with your JV partners.

In some cases – such as with live events – you can even turn one product into two products (the live event and the recordings).

Of course, having a product is one thing. Getting it to market in the fastest and most profitable way is something else entirely.

4 Simple Ideas For Creating A Super Fast Product Launch

Despite our best efforts, when we are thinking of developing a new product and using Product Launch Formula to release it, finding the time to do everything required can be really difficult.

And yet one of the biggest ah-ha moments I ever had was when I heard Joe Vitale say “Money loves speed”…

So when you have a to-do list that includes creating the product itself, coming up with relevant bonuses, creating the marketing materials, finding JV partners, and everything else, it can be daunting.

But there are ways you can partner up with other people and get their help to create high-quality products, bonuses, and marketing materials. And when you set things up correctly, you can even get their help for free.

Here are 4 ways you can use right now to come up with awesome products you can launch using PLF within just a few days…

1. Work With Partners To Create An Ebook Or Special Report

You can contact one or more well known experts in your market and gather them all together to create a valuable report or ebook. Once it’s done, you can all promote the product to your audiences through a Product Launch Formula style launch, and share in the profits it generates.

There are two different ways to approach this task:

1 – To make it as easy as possible for your partners, you could do the bulk of the work and list each partner as a co-author.

Why would you do this? Simple: If you’re trying to get yourself established as an expert or a prominent player in your niche market, then associating your name with other influential marketers will boost your credibility and reputation. And another marketer will agree to it because they get a new product to promote with a minimum amount of work on their part.

2 – On the other hand, each partner could do an equal amount of work, and each of you takes equal credit and you both or all end up with a product that you can sell.

Naturally if you have multiple authors helping you create the product, say a dozen or more partners, then consider these two different ways for creating a report or ebook.

Example: For illustration purposes, let’s say you’re writing a book about building an online business. Here’s how you might approach this project:

Each partner could writes one chapter covering the topic of their individual expertise. So you would have chapters on traffic generation methods such as SEO, paid media such as Facebook and Google Adwords, social media such as Facebook Groups and Instagram, blogging, and other topics. You’d ask experts on each of those topics to create a chapter covering their best strategies for you.

Each partner would answer the same question. Here you might ask everyone a question such as “If you only had $100 to generate as many targeted prospects to your site as possible, what would you do?”

If you ask a wide range of experts that same question, you’ll get a diverse set of answers, which will make for a helpful and entertaining product.

The benefits for each partner include:

  • Getting a byline at the end of their article where they can promote their lead agent or one of their offers
  • Every partner either gets the rights to sell the product, or you give them a “super affiliate” commission (such as 75% or 90%) to sell it on your behalf
  • Those people who’re newer to the niche can get their names printed alongside known experts which will give them some brand recognition and social proof

But what if your potential partners don’t like to write. Then you might consider…

2. Doing a Joint Venture Webinar

A super quick way to create a valuable product is to gather together one or more partners to do a webinar for anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours.

You can use a stable platform like GoToWebinar.com or Zoom.com, and have the system record the event for you.

The advantage of doing a webinar is that you have the ability to show videos or screen captures with your audience.

For example:

  • You could hold a web design webinar where you show participants exactly how to download, install and use an HTML editor to design a website.
  • You can do a blogging webinar where you show step-by-step how to set up and optimise a blog. Your viewers can even follow along on their own computer to set up their first blog if they want to.
  • You can run a copywriting webinar, and critique a sales letter or some of the participant’s email copy live.

In these examples I say “you,” but of course I’m referring to you or your JV partner.

Example: So, for example, you can ask a copywriting expert to do a webinar with you. You can spend part of the time interviewing him, part of the time having him do a live critique and part of the time fielding questions.

Another advantage is that you’ll end up creating two profitable products you can launch immediately:

The live webinar itself. This is valuable because your participants have a chance to ask questions of the presenters personally. You can offer this webinar as a paid event through a Quick Launch or Seed Launch, or you might even use some of the content as a lead-generating front end offer.

The recorded webinar. You and your partners can sell the recordings outright after you’ve held the webinar, you could use them as bonuses for your other paid products, or even give some or all of the event away to people who join your mailing list.

3. Hold An Offline Event

What you could do here is put together a panel of experts for a live weekend workshop at a local hotel or another place with a conference or convention center.

Your workshop might include:

  • Seminars and/or lectures
  • Breakout workshops with individual speakers
  • Informal “meet and greets” with the experts
  • Catered morning and afternoon teas and/or even meals

The advantages of holding a workshop are twofold:

1 – Workshops have a very high perceived value. That’s why you’ll see high ticket prices attached to these events, ranging from a couple hundred dollars to several thousand dollars for admission.

2 – You’ll have the recordings. Since you’ll likely end up with a multiple-DVD collection just from a one weekend Seminar, the collection tends to be valuable (it will be valued at up to several hundred or even thousands of dollars, depending on the topic).

There are downsides of course, which are all the organisational challenges involved as well as the higher overhead expenses.

Not only do you have to organise your speakers, you have to arrange for and pay for a conference room, also pay for catering if you are including it for the event.

You’ll also need to ensure your speakers have the materials and facilities they need to give their best presentations. Most conference centers provide microphones and most of the other technology your presenters will need to deliver for you.

So what’s in it for the presenters?

The big benefit is that they can make an offer for their products from the stage at the end of their talks. They can make sales at the back of the room for the duration of the Seminar or Conference.

Then they’ll be able to make additional sales once you start selling or otherwise distributing the seminar recordings. These sorts of events can be very lucrative for everyone concerned.

4. Arrange For Someone To Interview You

You can hold interviews over the phone in one of two ways:

1 – Just you and the interviewer. This is the easier option because there is far less pressure, since you won’t have an audience listening in. If you are someone who tends to clam up when you know you are being recorded live, you may not able to give your best. Once you’ve finished the recording, you’ll then sell or giveaway the finished product (and/or the transcripts).

2 – With an audience. With this option you create a live teleseminar event, which can turn into an awesome product with the right interviewer who can really draw out the best information from you. You also have the recording as a second product.

Tip: You can also transcribe the recordings of your interview to create a text product. You can sell the transcriptions along with the recordings which is guaranteed to boost the perceived value of your product. Plus, providing transcriptions helps people who prefer to read, along with your deaf or hard-of-hearing customers.

The main reason to get someone else to interview you is that it establishes YOU as an expert. So if you’re new to the niche, it’s a great way to get established and start building a good reputation.

And your reputation will grow even further if you have an influential person in the niche conducting your interview.

Tip: You can also hold teleseminars and record them using a service like e-teleconferencing.com, which allows you to have people call the bridge line and listen in.

To make it as easy as possible for your interviewer, you should give them list of questions you’d like them ask you. Make sure to encourage the interviewer to ask his own questions (including spontaneous follow up questions) as well, which will make for a smoother, more natural-sounding interview.

Finally, there’s a good chance your interview is going to have a few glitches, such as times where you need to pause because the dog next door is barking, or perhaps when the two of you digress from the main topic. You can easily clean up these glitches using a sound file editor such as Audacity

As you can see, there are plenty of ways you can make use of the “Money loves Speed” principle to quickly create products with other people’s help.

The Safest Way To Recruit JV Product Launch Partners

We’ve looked at a few different ways to find JV partners to help you promote your big JV Launch in recent posts, but I can’t stress how much easier it is to get a friend or even an acquaintance to say “yes” to a JV request, as opposed to trying to recruit somebody who doesn’t know you.

It’s just the same in business as it is in your personal life.

As you can imagine, the biggest players in your market get dozens of joint venture proposals every month. And even if they wanted to participate in all of these joint ventures or product launches, they can’t because there’s not enough time in the day, or days in each month to mail.

That’s why they need to be very choosy about who they promote for.

There are two factors that influence their decision on who to promote:

1. Do they personally know the person who is inviting them?

People tend to want to do business with other people they know, like and trust. That’s why it’s a good idea for you to start building relationships with prospective partners before you invite them to participate in your product launch.

You can start getting into conversations with them on their blogs, in forums and social media sites, in the breaks at offline conferences and elsewhere.

Build strong relationships first, and work on doing JVs later.

2. What benefits are they going to receive?

In other words, WHY should they promote your JV as opposed to mailing for somebody else?

What are they going to get out of it? Whenever you approach a JV partner, you have to focus on the benefits THEY are going to get.

Sometimes you just won’t have time to build a relationship first. If that’s the case, you can send out a “cold” JV proposal inviting them to participate.

Jeff Walker includes word for word templates for these approach emails in his Product Launch Formula training, along with samples of the email copy you’ll be going to those JV partners as you work your way through your JV launch.

How To Find Your Ideal Product Launch Partners

Product Launch Formula JV LaunchAs you prepare for the JV Launch Jeff discusses in his Product Launch Formula training, finding and locking in promotional partners is one of your most important activities. Finding partners is relatively simple if you’ve been working in a particular market for some time, because you’ll already know about the other players in the niche.

What you are looking for are people who are catering to the same target audience as you, as well as anyone you currently think of a competitor who could also become a JV partner for your Launch.

One great way to find these prospective partners is to simply search Google. Just type in your niche keywords (like “dog training” or “orchid gardening”), and you’ll find there are plenty of prospective partners who you can do some more research on.

Taking note of the merchants who are paying for the sponsored ads in Google’s search results are also your potential partners, because these will be the most advanced marketers who know how to make paid traffic convert.

Another option is to check out opportunities for finding partners in the Clickbank.com marketplace. Just enter your niche keywords into the search box inside the Clickbank marketplace, or browse through relevant categories looking for complementary products.

Remember: The products that appear near the top of categories or searches are the most popular, so it’s likely that these vendors have bigger email lists and more resources at their disposal to help you with your own launch.

You can also hang out on and read niche blogs, subscribe to niche newsletters, and join forums and social media sites and get involved in the conversations that go on there.

The owners of these platforms, and often the main contributors, are all potential partners. Plus, if you read these publications and sites regularly, you’ll be able to keep your finger on the pulse of your niche, so you’ll know who the new players are, and what’s going on as soon as it happens.

7 Keys To Getting Others To Build Your Product Launch List For You

If it’s not already, building your email list is going to become one of your core activities as you start using what you learn in Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula. Especially with PLF 2019 because it includes even more focus on using email and text messaging than ever before.

And getting other people to send you their best prospects and customers is a much more efficient (and profitable) strategy than spending all of your own time and money trying to build your list on your own.

______________________________________________

As a example, I have been an affiliate of Jeff Walkers for years, and as part of my promotional efforts for Product Launch Formula throughout the year, I have sent thousands of people to his site (both through my affiliate link and directly), and I’ve watched my affiliate stats to see that many of those people have opted in to his email list.

Now while that’s great for me because quite often somebody I’ve sent his way buys PLF and he pays me an affiliate commission, it’s also great for Jeff because…

…he uses the list of people affiliates like me have sent him to participate in other people’s product launches as an affiliate.

I see Jeff’s name come up regularly in JV Leaderboards, and based on that, I know he’s earning himself thousands of dollars in affiliate commissions, and often winning those JV competitions that give away bonus cash, cars, holidays, computers, iPads and other cool stuff.

So in addition to building your prospect and customer lists, building a dedicated affiliate and JV partner email list is going to be one of your most valuable activities… because once they know how, the people on that list are going to continue to help you promote your stuff AND, AND you can use that list to promote OTHER people’s stuff as an affiliate as well

So with that in mind, it’s time think about putting these 7 keys to work in your affiliate program, and you’ll put affiliates to work for you right away!

1. Where Appropriate, Use Urgency To Get Others To Promote Product Launches & Products

Now this is NOT something you want to do every time, but you can to is with certain promotions is to apply some “gentle pressure” to encourage affiliates to go the extra mile in some situations.

That means you want to give affiliates a nudge to take action now, as opposed to waiting until later. You want to create a little urgency; a sense of, “I don’t want to miss out, so I need to make this a priority.”

There are a lot of ways to do this. Here are five ideas…

  • Host a time-sensitive sale. Affiliates have to promote it now or miss out (your product launches are a great example of this).
  • Use natural deadlines like holidays, seasons (end of the Tax year, Christmas, Labor Day, etc.) and events.
  • Create a special occasion (a product launch, releasing v2.0, an affiliate contest, a giveaway, etc.).
  • Make your own news (if you are retiring or raising the price on a product, removing adding  a bonus, etc.).
  • Propose an opportunity for future collaboration (you do this now, I’ll do this for you later).

In the future, we’ll talk more about getting others to participate in your partnerships. For now, I just want you to get the idea that you can “nudge” affiliates to join by employing a few smart tactics like the ones I just mentioned.

2. Offer Incentives To Persuade Other People To Join In

Affiliates love to get MORE than just their regular commissions. Let’s be clear about one thing: affiliates are primarily in the business for the money. Sure, sometimes they are evangelists because they believe in the product, the cause, or the developer (I’m like this for Jeff Walker, Eben Pagan, Seth Godin and Dan Kennedy).

But most affiliates are in this as a business. And if a business isn’t making money, they’re OUT of business, right?

If you can give an affiliate the opportunity to earn MORE money without doing anything EXTRA, that’s a win for them, AND for you if you do it right. It’s a numbers game.

Let’s say affiliate Adam is going to write a blog post this week to promote your offer or someone else’s offer. He likes both of them equally. Both earn him the same amount of money. What to do? All other things being equal, the x-factor that gets him to promote you instead of the other merchant is a way for him to make extra money doing what he was going to do anyway … write that blog post.

Let me give you two scenarios as examples for how to do this…

1. Hold Affiliate Contests

One option is to host a contest and offer prizes to the top affiliates. I’ve seen this done with prizes as “cheap” as digital goods (the top selling or lead generating affiliate gets a free copy of X product) and as “expensive” as giving away a Mercedes Benz C300 to the top affiliate.

Most contests are somewhere in between. You could give away gift cards, iPads, Kindles, mp3 players, and other popular gadgets. Just decide what your top 10 affiliates will receive, set the rules/guidelines, determine the date, and start getting the word out (via your dedicated affiliate email list and anywhere else affiliate congregate).

You may want to consider giving ANY affiliate who refers a sale something for joining in (even if it’s a 75% commission instead of a 50% commission, it will reward every active affiliate and encourage them to continue promoting you)

SIDEBAR: This is a numbers game! Let’s say you “invest” (always think of it as an “investment” – something you spend in order to get a “return” above and beyond what you spent) $1,000 for prizes or bonuses in a small contest that is shared over the top 10 affiliates.

And let’s say those ten affiliates all generate just 10 sales each of a $97 product that you give 50% commissions on. What do you have at the end of the contest? 10 sales X 10 affiliates = 100 sales X $97 per sale = $9700 sales – 50% commission = $4,850 for you – $1,000 for prizes = $3,850 profit (minus 2-5% processing fees).

And that’s just for a small-scale contest. Plus it doesn’t take into consideration any sales generated by affiliates who participated who didn’t make the “top ten”. And it doesn’t take into consideration any affiliate who went all out and single-handedly brought in dozens if not hundreds of referrals in order to win the contest. Big time!

2. Create Milestones

Another option is to offer incentives to any affiliate who reaches predetermined milestones for sales or commissions generated at any time. When the affiliate generates their first referred sale, they get X as a bonus. Five sales gets them X bonus. Twenty-five sales gets them X bonus.

The more sales they rack up, the larger incentives they receive. Again, it’s a numbers game. So work out what you can give away at each milestone that will be appealing to the affiliate and still earn you money.

ONE IMPORTANT DETAIL: Neither of these ideas takes into consideration the lifetime value of the customer your affiliates are referring to you. Remember, all of these sales numbers are just for the FIRST SALE.

If you deliver a high value, high quality product and treat those new customers right, you will generate a lot more orders from those same customers over time. That makes your contest or milestone reward program even MORE PROFITABLE to you.

Can you see why you should be doing this?

Moving on…

3. Provide Ongoing Training For Affiliates So They Do What You Want

Remember that affiliate list we talked about earlier?

This is one of the ways that you use it and get a LOT of leverage for very little effort.

The idea is to provide ongoing training materials (articles, reports, webinars, etc.) where you teach your affiliates how to improve their affiliate marketing. Your goal is to help transform your affiliates into SUPER affiliates.

You want to do this because if you teach them all the things that you would normally do yourself (set up Facebook advertising, create viral videos, guest blog posting, etc.) they will be able to generate traffic on your behalf as an affiliate promoting your offers.

If you train your affiliates and help them make even more money and earn even bigger commissions, they will work even harder to make you money by promoting your products for you.

So, at least once per month, send out some kind of TRAINING.

Your training should do three things…

  • Teach your affiliates how to complete an effective marketing step
  • Give the affiliate some of your own resources so they can complete the marketing step to promote you
  • Send the affiliate to the online destination or platform where they can complete the marketing step

For example: You might explain how to get traffic with paid Facebook advertising, you give the affiliate with a swipe file of ready-made ads and images to promote your product, and then send the affiliate to the Facebook advertising page to start their campaign.

You’ve created an easy 3 step process that EVERY affiliate can follow (whole spending their own money), and that you don’t have to do yourself if you don’t want to…

4. Create Fresh Resources For Affiliates To Get You Regular Attention

Every month you should be creating new freemiums for your affiliates to give away on your behalf.

Every Single Month.

These resources can be as simple as a new article each month that affiliates can publish on their blog or broadcast in a newsletter or loaded to an autoresponder.

Ultimately all of the affiliate resources you create to stock on your affiliate page should systematically be rolled out on a monthly basis. The reason is that when you mention these things to your affiliates (through your affiliate email list)  you give your them another reason to talk about you to their audience.

You give them something fresh to share with their own network of influence. Ultimately, sharing these awesome fremiums with your affiliates makes THEM look good to their audience, and KEEPS you in front of potential customers month after month.

Even if you do this on a small scale, it’s free, ongoing promotion for you. And the more the person on the other end hears your name, sees that product recommendation, and becomes familiar with the benefits of buying something … the more likely they will do just that.

A variation on this is to give others fresh REASONS to promote you. See the “urgency” key I mentioned earlier.

New resources that promote you and new reasons to promote you should be rolled out on a regular basis. Put it on your calendar. Every. Month. How often? Every month!

5. Help Other People In Your Network Make The Most Money Possible

If you want more affiliates to promote you, pay them as much as possible while remaining profitable for yourself.

As Much As Possible…

Listen carefully here. Wouldn’t it be a good idea to pay someone 90% commission on every sale referred, and let them send you a 500 customers that you make $10 each off of (that’s $5,000 for you if you’re paying attention :-), rather than offering a 50% commission and getting lost in the crowd of other merchants doing the same thing?

…especially when you consider that by offering a standard 50% commission, the affiliate is never likely to promote you at all?

Help your affiliates make the absolute most money possible, and they will end up making you the absolute most money possible by sending you free traffic over and over again.

Here’s 4 ways to do this…

INCREASE YOUR PRICES. The more you charge per sale, the more your affiliates earn in commission per sale. Another option is to create an upsell or cross-sell and add them to the order flow so that the price per transaction is higher.

RAISE YOUR COMMISSION RATE. Instead of offering 50% commission, offer 75% commission. You could even consider offering 100% commission (or even losing money) on the front end sale just to get the customer into your system for future sales opportunities.

HINT: This is an advanced strategy for people who already have a stable business and who can afford to go negative on the front end, but it is THE FASTEST AND MOST PROFITABLE way to build a business long-term.

OFFER LIFETIME COMMISSIONS. Some affiliate programs offer lifetime commissions. When someone refers a customer to that merchant, that customer is assigned to the affiliate for life. Whenever the customer buys something from them in the future, the original referring affiliate gets a commission (commission rate varies depending upon the offer – usually 50%) automatically.

USE INCENTIVES. We talked about this one earlier, but I want to mention this idea again. Use contests and milestone incentives to help affiliates make more money. All of these things can separate you from your competitors. All of these things can be used to turn passive affiliates into active evangelists for your product or service.

THEN – and please don’t forget this – as long as you deliver quality products and treat your referred customers well, you can earn a LOT of money over the long haul because YOU own the customer list.

NOTE: Sometimes it’s just a matter of “positioning” your commission that can make all the difference. If I sell a $97 product that pays 50% commission, I can position a bump in commission rate in one of two ways.

First, I could say, “For the next 2 weeks I’m raising your rate from 50% to 75%.”

That sounds good, but this when you say it this way it sounds better… “For the next 2 weeks, every sale you refer will get your usual 50% commission PLUS I’ll give you an extra $25 per sale!”

By being specific about the extra dollar amount the affiliate will earn, they are more likely to promote you during this specific window of time.

6. Make Your Affiliate Program About Others, Not Yourself

You may have already noticed, but I’ve been hinting at this the entire way so far, but let me spell it out clearly to you now…

All successful affiliate programs have one thing in common: they are about helping the affiliates succeed. To be sure, your motivation for having an affiliate program is to make money for YOU.

But I guarantee that if you work your affiliate program like making money is the only thing that matters, and it’s the only thing that’s important, you won’t get very far. But, when you cast aside your own self-interest and really pour yourself into equipping affiliates so they can be profitable, you’ll be successful yourself.

Here are some final points to consider as you work to make your affiliate program as profitable as possible for everyone:

  • Do whatever you can to help affiliates make more money through the strategies we discussed earlier
  • Spend time and money training affiliates so they know what they are doing and are better able to do it. It will return to you compounded…
  • Listen to honest and genuine feedback from affiliates when they tell you their likes and dislikes
  • As much as possible make yourself accessible for affiliates to communicate with personally
  • Think about things you can do for the other person to really build his or her affiliate business – treat their business as if it were your own
  • Whenever possible, reciprocate and reward successful affiliates by doing things to promote or acknowledge him or her
  • Consider recruiting a dedicated affiliate manager who can actively engage with and assist your affiliate team to make the most of their efforts

There are a lot of things you can do in order to make the most of your affiliate program. So imagine YOU were the affiliate and THEY were the owner of your product. What would you want them to do for you in order to help you with affiliate marketing?

Then go out and do that for them, and just watch the results…

7. Make Good Use Of The Enormous Power Of Exclusivity

Let me start by saying that there’s no way you could do this for EVERY affiliate. You just won’t have enough time.

But for “super affiliates”, one of the biggest incentives you can give to get them actively promoting your offer(s) is to do or create something exclusive for them.

Now, before I explain that a little more, let me define what I mean by “super” affiliate.

Super affiliates are usually considered to be those people who can endorse your offer and generate a lot of sales as a result of their support. These are people who have tremendous influence among the members of an audience.

They typically have large email lists, large Facebook pages, high-traffic websites, powerful connections, a big advertising budget, and lots of followers. For example, if Ellen DeGeneres or Oprah mention a book or movie in a favourable way, it almost automatically becomes a hit or bestseller.

These sorts of influencers are tier one affiliates who definitely are people you want to strive to get on your team. They are, of course, the most difficult to compel to promote you because EVERYBODY wants their attention, effort, and endorsement. But they are certainly worth the effort…

There is a “2nd tier” of affiliate that you should really take the time to invest in as well. There are two kinds of these affiliates…

FIRST, there are those affiliates who have a “medium-sized” following. They have the same sort of resources the “super” affiliates have – they just don’t have as much of it. They have smaller lists, less website traffic, fewer connections and a smaller budget.

But they have a circle of influence and know what they are doing when it comes to promoting affiliate products. These kinds of affiliates are awesome, because you can be sure they can make you significant money when they partner with and actively promote you.

And SECOND, there are those affiliates who we’ll call “motivated beginners”.

They have the basics in place – a list, a site, a budget, etc. But nothing really is happening for them yet. They just don’t quite know what to do.

These people may not have the big-time resources (yet!) that the top affiliates have, but they are motivated and active. These are the affiliates who are willing to invest their time to be trained and willing to invest their money to get a return.

These are the kinds of affiliates that I love and I look for. I mean, I’ll just lay it out there in my newsletter, at my blog, in my videos, and so forth… something like this…

If you have $1,000 to invest in becoming a top affiliate marketer, and you are willing to follow my instructions to promote my offers in exchange for a commission, I’ll work with you one-on-one to maximise your investment and help you become a long-term successful affiliate.

When you find someone from this 2nd tier who wants to work with you (or the occasional “super affiliate”), then you want to do extra things for them that you don’t do for others.

This is where the “exclusive” nature of the relationship begins. Here are 3 things I have done for these special affiliates (and will continue to do) you could also work into your business…

1. CREATE EXCLUSIVE CONTENT

I’ve written exclusive blog post articles for a number of my top affiliates. In other words, I write an original article for Affiliate Adam that he can post on his blog that no one else can publish. I’ll write another one for Affiliate Bill. And a different article for Affiliate Chelsea. And so on.

Each affiliate gets an original article from me (on a topic of his or her choice) for exclusive publication and distribution. This is one great way to give something extra to your special affiliates.

2. OFFER THEM EXCLUSIVE DEALS

At other times, I’ve arranged exclusive deals for certain affiliates. For example: When one of my partners promoted my Profitable Product System, I gave all of her referred customers a free copy of one of my other $97 courses.

She was actively promoting me and had made quite a few sales before I offered her this deal, and I wanted to reward her people with something special. We both ended up making several thousand dollars and her audience were delighted.

Whether it’s a special package, one or more unique bonuses, a discount, or some other exclusive benefit, creating a deal that is only available for one affiliate will generate some additional promotional love for you.

3. GIVE THEM EXCLUSIVE TIME

Like I said earlier, when it comes to your time, you are limited. You can’t invest your time to work with EVERY affiliate the same because it’s simply not an option. You have to use your time wisely, so for those special affiliates who warrant it, offer them the benefit of your time in ways that others don’t get.

For example, you could let them interview you, or you could pop into their member’s forum or Facebook page and answer questions, participate in a live chat, give them one-on-one coaching, and so forth. Give your top affiliate partners your time … and they will give you their time.

When you put even one of these 7 Keys into motion, it will make a difference for your business. But if you take action on several (or all) of them, it’s likely to radically transform your business’s profitability.

How To Get Other People To Send Traffic To Your Product Launch

As you move through the Product Launch Formula process by running your Seed Launch, then your Internal Launch, and you prepare to hold your big JV Launch, if you haven’t already done so, you are going to need to set up your own robust affiliate program.

Pretty simple right?

Yes.

Is that all there is to it? Kinda like “If you build it, they will come?” Unfortunately no.

First, here’s a brief statement that sums up the plan you’ll get in the rest of this post…

Compel a group of people who have access to your target audience to take an initial, small, easy step to send you traffic and then graduate to bigger, ongoing steps that send you even more traffic later on.

There are three important components to this plan…

1. Send You Traffic

We’ll begin with the end result – getting other people to send people who are likely to want to buy your stuff to your website. Naturally the primary reason why other people will send you traffic is because there is something in it for them. In the affiliate or JV partner context, that reason is to earn a commission on any sales generated through their referral.

Those people tell their audience about your product. Some of the people from their audience come to your site and buy your product. You pay the affiliate 50% or more commission.

The customer gets to own a product or service that makes their lives better in some way. You make money. Your affiliate make money. Everybody is happy!

So, there are a couple of things you need to do to get the ball rolling.

First, you need to set up your affiliate program. This will be the system you use to track your affiliate referrals, pay your affiliates, fulfill the orders and so forth.

There are MANY options, in fact there are too many for me to explain “how to” set up the technical aspects of in this module.

Every affiliate program and service provider has a different way of setting things up. And, fortunately, each of them have training materials to walk you through setting up the program.

Some of the most popular options are: Clickbank.com, JVzoo.com, and Amember.com.

Amember works with your own Paypal account, while the other two are complete processing systems that handle everything on your behalf. Whatever option you choose, you will need to set up an affiliate program where you offer at least 40%, and some digital product promoters offer 90% or even 100% on certain products.

Second, you need to create an “affiliate attack plan”. This is a game plan that outlines specific action steps for your new partners to take in order to send you traffic. Your attack plan is THE key to getting other people to actively and repeatedly promote your launch and your ongoing offers.

2. Compel Others To Take An Initial, Small, Easy Step

There are basically two types of affiliates you are going to interact with: those who are “new” who know very little about what they are doing, and those who are experienced or “seasoned” who know what they are doing and are busy getting on with the job.

Both of these are going to need some small steps to complete in order to get them actively promoting you.

Those who are “new” will need small steps because of their limited experience. These are “baby steps” that should be easy to complete.

Those who are “seasoned” will need small steps because they probably won’t stop what they are already doing just to jump all in to promote you without first testing the waters with some “quick and easy” steps.

The important thing here is to give affiliates something easy they do immediately to GET THEM ACTIVE. You want to warm them up. Get them off the bench and into the game.

The idea is to make them a part of your tribe and help them to “invest” in you and your product in a simple way so that it’s not as much of a stretch to go deeper.

Just to give you some examples, here are a few ideas…

  • Like and share your Facebook page
  • Post something cool about you on their Facebook wall
  • Retweet something you’ve shared on Twitter
  • Post some of your content to their blog
  • Upload some marketing graphics (banners, buttons) to their site
  • Give away one of your free reports

Each of these steps takes just a few minutes to complete – some, literally, just a second or two. Some of these steps probably won’t get you much traffic at all, while others could potentially bring you a lot of traffic (writing a blog post, or distributing a free report).

But that’s not the main point. The point is, you’re getting them to focus attention on YOU (instead of your competition or anything else they’ve got going on) and every “little” step moves them forward toward “bigger” steps (this is called Commitment and Consistency, which is one of Cialdini’s major mental triggers). Which leads us to…

3. Then Graduate To Bigger, Ongoing Steps

Ultimately, this is where you want affiliates to end up. Fully on board. Eager to endorse your products and services. Actively engaged in marketing for you. Taking more and bigger steps to repeatedly send you traffic, including participating in your product launches and even creating products with you at some stage.

That takes a bit of time and effort to pull off, but the payday of having a group of active partners is tremendous.

The first step is building a list of affiliates. Then, you regularly communicate with ALL of those people on your list. Then you refine the process by regularly and personally communicating with select affiliates and partners who show the most interest and bring the most influence.

What I want to convey to you is the importance of having a dedicated affiliate list where you regularly communicate with your team of partners to keep them active and keep them taking increasingly larger steps to send traffic to you.

Sooner or later (usually later, because it takes time to establish mutual trust), you’ll want affiliates doing things for you such as…

  • Sending out large-scale promotional mailings for your launches and special promotions
  • Offering their own free incentives and bonuses to get people to buy
  • Sharing you with their audiences by featuring you in webinars, podcasts, and other interviews
  • Buying advertising to drive even more traffic to your product page
  • Permanently featuring your products and services in their autoresponders, sig files and ongoing promotions

When those kinds of things start to happen with ONE affiliate, you’ll get a lot of great free traffic. When those kinds of things start to happen with MANY affiliates, you’ll get a traffic jam of customers visiting your site!

Bottom line: you want to get and keep your affiliates active, both during and after your product launch

That happens through setting up your affiliate program, creating a systematic affiliate attack plan, and then utilising your affiliate list to keep them thinking about you.

Details Of Jeff Walkers Upcoming Product Launch Formula 2019 Launch

Jeff Walker has just released some of the details about his imminent Product Launch Formula 2019 launch, and it’s gonna be awesome.

First, prelaunch starts this coming Wednesday and each piece of prelaunch content will actually be delivered as LIVE broadcasts, with the first one starting on Thursday this week (register here).

Here’s what you’ve got to look forward to during Jeff’s Product Launch Formula 2019 launch…

PLF Live Broadcast 1 is about how and why you should use a product launch instead of relying on what Jeff calls “Hope Marketing” to get your product or service out there and selling quickly. This Workshop looks at the core PLF launch strategy Jeff estimates has powered over a BILLION dollars in sales.

He’ll be covering his famous Sideways Sales Letter technique and sharing the Mental Triggers you must include if you want to maximise sales of any product or service. He’ll also cover creating a powerful prelaunch sequence that delivers value and converts like crazy.

When you attend the live training you will have an opportunity to get your questions answered, you’ll also get access to a PDF download, and there will also be a replay available if you register but miss the live broadcast.

PLF Live Broadcast 2 is about picking the right type of launch for your current situation. Jeff will teach the three primary types of launches – the Seed Launch, the Internal Launch, and JV Launches. He’ll also cover what he calls Launch Stacking.

The Seed Launch is where you can start with no list and no product, and use the Product Launch Formula process to get paid to create that first product. The Internal Launch is the classic “Sideways Sales Letter” launch you can use to sell a bunch of products or services to your own list.

And the Joint Venture Launch (as you know) is where you use JV partners to help you promote your launch.

“Launch Stacking” is how you sequence your launches so they continually get better.

There’ll be a live broadcast for this with Q&A, plus a video replay and PDF download as well to help you internalise and implement what you learn.

In PLF Live Broadcast 3 Jeff will cover the Product Launch Blueprint… and this is the technique that always takes a launch up to a much higher level.

Jeff will basically walk you through an outline (or blueprint) of the entire Launch process. It comes with a full PDF 20 page PDF Guide that outlines the entire process, and it’s got a real focus on the next steps.

This session will do a great job of setting you up the cart open period of your own product launch. There will also be live Q&A, plus a replay and the downloadable blueprint PDF available if you miss the live event.

I’ve been a Product Launch Formula owner since 2007, and I always participate in Jeff’s launches (and upgrade to the latest version) to grab any new ideas he and his team of launch managers have come up with.

Even if you don’t plan on joining the PLF community, you owe it to yourself to get on the PLF 2019 notification list and watch as Jeff launches how own flagship product this September.

How Jeff Walker Handles The Nerves Leading-Up To His Product Launch Formula 2019 Launch

So right now it’s just 3 days until Jeff Walker’s big once-a-year launch of what will be his Product Launch Formula 2019 program, and as he admits in the video below, he’s a little nervous.

That’s because whenever you go into your own launch, you never really know for sure what’s going to happen.

Even though Jeff is know in the marketing community to be THE “guru” who invented the online product launch, he freely admits he doesn’t have any kind of special future-seeing abilities.

The exciting thing is that with this launch, he just has a hunch that he and his team are onto something cool.

As he says, even after doing 16 PLF launches, for him it’s definitely exciting (and also a little scary :-))

Anyway, Jeff recorded a sneak peek at all the exciting stuff coming up over the next couple of weeks in this video…

If you’ve ever faced pre-game anxiety (like me) right before a big, new thing you’re about to start doing, there’s a little something in the video that might help with that.

Go here to register for Jeff’s Product Launch Formula 2019 Launch so you can see his latest launch innovations, go through his 4-part live Masterclass, and watch how the inventor of PLF launches how own product.
